  2. Information request: Upon receipt of our Information and Authorization Forms, we request your medical records from your healthcare providers.
  3. Solicit Settlement Offers: We will submit your case ONLY to institutionally funded, licensed settlement providers in your state before presenting you with offers.
  4. Decision: We share all offers with you and work on your behalf with the provider of your choice to close the transaction. Should you decide to keep your policy in force, you are under NO obligation and there are NO fees.
  5. Funding: Your funds will be received within three (3) business days after the provider has received the transfer of policy ownership and the new beneficiary has been designated.
